another poem i made just now

Almost Perfect

From the moment you opened the door
And stepped out of your place
I was in awe of your beauty
That it made my heart skip a pace

I took you to my house
To meet my whole family
The happiness in my eyes
Because of you they clearly see

We’d be holding hands
While walking thru the park
Stopping for 5 seconds
Just to kiss in the dark

It was so beautiful
So real did it seem
The sad part is I woke up
And it was all just a dream

Wow, you weren't kidding when you told me that this blog shows a different side of you. I like this poem though, bittersweet but it grows on you.

I know we haven't really known each other that long and that this might seem wierd for me to say it but, hang in there. It's gonna happen for you. :)

Oh and may I suggest using Haloscan comments? It's much more effective and user-friendly. :)

ey wsup! just blog-hopping and the poems caught my eye. doesn't it strike you strange that creative juices flow when you're down, out of love, and out of luck? or the opposite. but never in between.

anyway, i don't know you personally, but just hang in there. sometimes, things like this happen in your life for a reason. there are just some things that you can't have at this particular moment, which you'll understand later on. this happens quite a lot to me. :) but, for now, keep writing. it's therapeutic. i'm sure in time, you'll find what you're looking for.

in the meantime, have fun with your blog. :)

hey. i'm sure everyone here adores you boy and is probably the reason why it's hard to give some constructive criticism for fear of hurting you... but someone has got to say it... sorry to burst your bubble, your *aherm* 'poetry' sucks big time... i've nothing personal against you and this is your blog so you have every right to say whatever you want but i would still like to tell you anyway, it really sucks and you can certainly improve it, i'm sure. think imagery. profundity. subtlety. cheers!
